Terms and conditions

Please, read the following information before you book a photoshoot.

1. By booking a photoshoot, you agree with the author’s photography and editing style. 

2. Copyright belongs to the photographer and cannot be transferred to third parties for commercial use. 

3. The photographer reserves the rights to publish your photographs in their portfolio, social networks, to participate in exhibitions and photo contests.

4. Full payment is due on or before the day of photoshoot. Payment may be made in cash or by electronic transaction. 

5. When rescheduling a photoshoot, please let me know 24 hours in advance. In case of illness or poor health of any of the participants, the photoshoot is postponed for several days until your full recovery. One change of date is free, as long as the new date is available. 

6. Photos are transferred through a personal gallery and stored for 2 months from the day they are uploaded to the server. 

7. The selection of photographs for editing is carried out by the photographer. 

All selected pictures are saved in JPEG format at a size of 4000px on the long side with a resolution of 300 dpi. If you require a larger photo size, please let me know in advance.

8. RAW files are part of my working process and can’t be transferred to the customer. 

9. Editing time depends on the selected package and is up to 30 days. During the busy periods it can be extended to up to 1.5 months (summer / Christmas holidays).

10. Venue costs and entry tickets to be covered by client. 

11. Any additional travel or other costs to be agreed up-front or else fully chargeable to the client.

12. All wedding packages are comfirmed as booked by the return of the signed contact and the deposit of €150.
